Ingredients:


500 grams of minced meat.
1 kg potatoes.
2 medium onion chopped small.
1 cup tomato juice.
Oil.
2 tbsp tomato sauce.
¼ cup water.
Salt and black pepper to taste.


Method:
Prepare meat :

     Heat oil in a deep frying pan and add ½ the amount of onions, stirring for two minutes.
     Add the minced meat, onion and stir, then add salt and black pepper, and cover the skillet, and let simmer until the meat completely.




Prepare the sauce:

    
In another pan heat a little oil, and add the remaining amount of the onion and stir onion until brown in color and add the tomato juice, ketchup, 1/4 cup water, salt and black pepper, and leave the sauce over medium heat until thick.

Prepare potatoes:

    
Peel potatoes and emptied from the inside while retaining the heart of the potatoes to be used later.
