Ingredients:

     3 egg yolks
     ½ cup white sugar
     3 egg whites scrambled well
     250 grams mascarpone cheese
     Generous tablespoons liquid
     Cup cold coffee
     10 tea biscuits
     Tablespoon cocoa

Preparation:


     Dress mixing zero eggs with the sugar in a food record for a minute and then my guest egg whites and cream cheese and Continue mixing for 5 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture, then pour the mixture into a national cups rendering.
     Dip fingers biscuits in coffee quickly so as not to fall apart and then put them in a cup.
     Sprinkle cocoa in cups then Adkhalaha the refrigerator for an hour to cool offers.
