Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

400 g (box) fresh mushrooms sliced thin

2 onion, finely chopped

½ finely chopped parsley

  ½ tablespoon Oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Red bell pepper, chopped fine

For dressing:

3 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

How to prepare:

1. Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan.

2. Add the mushrooms and Nhrkh for a few minutes until the liquid evaporates from it, then temper the fire.

3. Add the onion, parsley, oregano and we stir for two additional minutes.

4. Add the salt, pepper and pepper

5. distribute the lemon juice and olive oil before serving
