Banana combined with flaxseed

    2 tbsp of whey
    2 tbsp of flaxseed
    1 orange
    1 banana

Combination with forest fruits

    Half a cup of lukewarm water
    1 tbsp of organic honey
    1 tbsp of grated ginger
    1 cup of blueberries, raspberries or cranberries
    1 banana

Combination with spinach

    1 tbsp of honey
    1/3 of a cup of crushed cereal
    Half a cup of low fat yogurt
    200 grams of fresh spinach
    1 banana



These beverages are very easy to make. All you need to do is to place the ingredients in a blender and mix well. The instructions are the same.
